- TECHNICAL TRAINING for staff training on site or in SMART mode;
- Editing of Change Requirements;
- Technical support for drafting SOPs;
- Technical assistance on site or in SMART mode;
- Scheduled maintenance;
- Management of complaints and reports of anomalies.
